I went to a very cool design show [1] yesterday @ lunch. These were my favorite things there.
The tile toy [2] (was what i knew about & interested me in the show), briefcases as drawers (this is a great idea) [3], laptop backlights as lighting [4], people who “print” onto/into concrete [5], the elemental kitchen (not maybe so practical, but definitely NICE) [6], and what i will just call the “smell bubbles” [7].
